Lecture Examines the "Unknown Gastronomy of Mexico"

The Mexican Center at the Teresa Lozano Long Institute for Latin American Studies and the Blanton Museum of Art present a talk by cookbook author and food historian Diana Kennedy.

Kennedy has been decorated with the Order of the Aztec Eagle, the highest honor bestowed upon foreingers by the Mexican government. She spends much of her time stuying the cuisine of Mexico in Michoacán.
