Travel Grants

The Office of Research and Graduate Studies offers a limited number of Travel Grants to COLA Graduate Coordinators for professional development. The grants are designed to help Grad Coordinators attend national conference meetings in the discipline of their department. Click here to download application materials.

The Office of Graduate Studies maintains a directory of Graduate Coordinators and Graduate Advisors from across campus.

COLA Graduate Coordinators 

Graduate coordinators from the College of Liberal Arts maintain a listserv to discuss common issues of concern. New graduate coordinators within the College can contact Marilyn Lehman to be added to this list. 

The Office of Research and Graduate Studies maintains a UT Box file available to graduate coordinators within the College. This file includes information on fellowships and other administrative matters.

National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (NAGAP)

NAGAP, The Association for Graduate Enrollment Management is the only professional organization devoted exclusively to the concerns of individuals working in the graduate enrollment management environment. UT Austin Graduate Coordinators participate annually in NAGAPs national conference and in the regional TxGAP conference.
