A lecture by Prof. Shelley Perlove (University of Michigan, Dearborn)

Dr. Perlove has written and lectured extensively on Rembrandt’s fascination with Jewish culture and his relationships with his Jewish neighbors in Amsterdam. With Larry Silver, she authored Rembrandt’s Faith: Church and Temple in the Dutch Golden Age (Penn State Press, 2009), which has won several major book prizes.
