Fuse, an ironic story of the war-torn village of Tesanj, was a 2004 winner of the Sarajevo Film Festival. When it is announced that President Clinton will visit Tesanj, the city transforms itself from dilapidation and drudgery by cleaning, integrating Serbians into the neighborhoods, and removing hookers from the streets depicting a new, even if dubitable, “peace.”
