Lecture Russian Cities 15 Years Later

Kirk Watson, candidate for the Texas Senate and the former mayor of Austin, travelled through Russia from Aug. 22 to Sept. 6 as part of a U.S. State Department program to speak on economic development for cities and regions in the 21st century. Mr. Watson will discuss his experiences and impressions of Russian cities after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
