Gone to Liberal Arts is a celebration welcoming new students! Stop by the Turtle Pond to enjoy a barbecue dinner from Pok-e-jo's and listen to live music by the classic country band Run of the Mill. Students can get a free t-shirt, enter to win a door prize, visit with Liberal Arts faculty and staff, and learn about various offices within the college.
This event is open to all new students and their families, as well as current Liberal Arts students.

At 8:30 p.m. students are invited to join the rest of the university on the Main Mall for the campus-wide Gone to Texas festivities. Performances, live music, and ice cream are on the agenda to help celebrate and welcome all new members of our academic community to the Forty Acres.
