Welcome, Class of 2012!

Congratulations on your admission to the College of Liberal Arts.  We are thrilled you are joining us this summer and we hope that your four years on campus will be a rewarding and successful experience.

There are many tasks to complete before arriving on campus in June. One of the most important of these is finalizing your admission by completing the After Admissions Checklist on the Be A Longhorn Summer Freshman Class (SFC) Web site. Once you’ve accepted admission and taken care of your enrollment deposit, you’ll need to review the steps below to be able to register for your summer classes. Remember, it is your responsibility to fill out your Advising and Registration Worksheet before meeting with an academic advisor in person. To help you with this process, we have provided valuable information in the steps below.

If you would like to get to know some of your fellow first-year classmates before arriving in June, a Facebook site has been set up for you to do so.

Carefully Review and Complete Steps 1, 2, and 3 by May 12. To navigate between these steps either use the links below or the menu in the upper right-hand corner.

	Reviewing Course Selection This section provides descriptions of the special SFC summer courses and step-by-step information about the course selection process.

	Paying Tuition and Fees This section contains information on optional fees and tuition payment options. The deadline for payment is 5:00 p.m. on June 4.
