MooovIn Hospitality Welcomes New Students

Warm welcomes from volunteers offering assistance will greet new and returning students moving in to residence for the fall semester.
William Powers Jr., president of the university, will be among the volunteers who will work in shifts helping the new arrivals carry suitcases, boxes and other belongings from vehicles and move them into residence halls during MooovIn 2008.
The event helps new students and their parents gain a positive first impression of the campus. Help welcome new and returning Longhorns by volunteering to participate in Mooov-In. All volunteers who register by August 4 will receive a Mooov-In 2008 T-shirt.
The residence halls participating in Mooov-In this year include Jester Center, Kinsolving /Whitis Court/Duren halls, Simkins Hall, San Jacinto Hall, Brackenridge/Roberts/Prather/Moore-Hill halls and Andrews/Blanton/Carothers/Littlefield halls.
