Volunteer Option B: Main Commencement Ceremony Assistance

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Commencement 2001!

Currently all volunteer shifts are full. All registered volunteers have been contacted via e-mail with details regarding the volunteer luncheon, assigned shifts, and etc. If you registered online and for some reason have not been contacted via e-mail, please contact Kathy Fries at kfries@mail.utexas.edu as soon as possible.

SHIFT ONE: 12 PM - 5 PM Setup Assistance

SHIFT TWO: 5 PM - 10 PM Main Ceremony Assistance

If you are not currently registered, and would like to be placed on a waiting list for any shift openings due to cancellations, please feel free to e-mail Kathy Fries with time and shift preferences. You will be contacted shortly if any volunteer slots become available.
