Academic regalia for degree candidates is traditional for college and school ceremonies. Academic regalia, printed invitations and announcements for mailing to family and friends are available for purchase from the University Co-op at the following locations: Graduation Store in the Co-op Outlet at 2304 Guadalupe (512) 476-7211, Ext. 8210; 2902 Medical Arts (512) 472-6156; and 2237 East Riverside (512) 447-4376 or at http://www.universitycoop.com

To ensure delivery of your invitations and announcements by Commencement, they will need to be purchased by November 20.

Special services are available to accommodate needs of degree candidates with disabilities who will be participating in Commencement activities. Degree candidates who require accommodations due to a disability are asked to contact their college, school or department representative so the proper arrangements can be made prior to arrival at Commencement programs. Services for students with disabilities are available through the Dean of Student's office. Please call Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (512) 471-6259 or by TDD at (512) 471-4641 prior to 5 p.m. On Saturday, December 9, and Sunday, December 10, information is available by calling the University Police Department at (512) 471-4441 or by TDD (512) 471-4777. While every effort will be made, the university may be unable to fulfill last-minute requests.
