Dr. Don Olcott, Jr., Associate Dean for Extended Learning at the University of Arizona, has over twelve years experience in the design and management of continuing and distance education programs. Prior to joining the University, he was Manager for Institutional Services with the Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications and Director of the Institute for the Management of Distance Education.
