CCC proctors offer the first level of help to lab users. Questions that are beyond the scope of their role are referred to higher levels of support including:

• The expert groups (UNIX, statistics, etc.)

Classes

Classes offered by the General Libraries and ITS are held in the SMF classroom (FAC 227). FAC 227 - hardware and software resources.
