Alternatives Technology Help
All computer staff members are responsible for providing general assistance with:
  • printing documents
  • saving documents
  • general settings for desktop/laptop
  • attempting to recover/backup damaged file
  • application assistance
  • installing Office 2007 and Office 2008 (USB DVD-RW drive available)
Proctor are able to assist users with certain account problems. Proctors are unable to assist users with hardware problems--including assistance on a user's personal laptop computer. For other types of problems, please consult the ITS Help Desk (512/475-9400).
