computer staff members are responsible for providing general assistance
with:
- printing
documents
- saving
documents
- general
settings for desktop/laptop
- attempting
to recover/backup damaged file
- application
assistance
- installing Office 2007 and Office 2008 (USB DVD-RW drive available)
Proctor are
able to assist users with certain account problems. Proctors are
unable to assist users with hardware problems--including assistance
on a user's personal laptop computer. For other types of problems,
please consult the ITS Help Desk (512/475-9400).
