Arriving in Austin, if you are staying at the Holiday Inn, there is a Holiday Inn courtesy booth in the airport with a phone in it. You will have to call the hotel and they will have to send a shuttle to pick you up. Returning, you can simply contact the front desk at the hotel and they will arange the shuttle. This is a cheaper alternative than a taxi, which will cost between twenty and twenty-five dollars plus tip to go from the airport to the downtown area.
