Minutes of each class session should be posted on the web or listserver within 48 hours.  Minutes should be brief.  The main purpose is to document decisions made by the project team and to list new information sources and contacts that were mentioned during the meeting.

In the last section of the minutes develop the agenda for the next meeting.
