The attached two-part peer evaluation represents my evaluation of the activities and actions of my Web team members. The first portion (A) is an numeric allocation that reflects each team member's relative contribution. The second portion (B) is a narrative description that explains each person's level of activity and their contribution or lack of contribution.

(A) Below is my allocation of a $5,000 bonus among the members of my Web team based on their relative contribution to the development of our client Web site and presentation.

(B) On an attached page, I have written a thorough evaluation of each team member's contribution, including my own participation.

I realize that this peer evaluation: (1) is mandatory and confidential, and (2) is my only opportunity to share my opinions, and (3) can have an important bearing on each individual's grade in the course. My evaluation has been carefully considered and is fair.

I understand this assignment must be turned by 7:55a.m., to CMA 7.206, no later than the last class day of the semester.
