You only need it in the Men table. Remember, relationships are the responsibility of the child in a relational database model. The parent table has no direct information about the relationship. Men are the children in the implementation of the 1:1 spousal relationship. Right? They are the ones with the FK to identify the parent-side (wife) of the marriage. So, they should be the ones who are responsible to know the wedding date.
