Crow's Foot

By default, Visio uses an arrowhead on the parent-side of each 1:N relationship. To convert it to a crow's foot on the child-side:

1. Open your ER diagram.
2. Select Options from the Database drop-down menu.
3. Select Document.
4. Select the Crow's Feet option from the Relationship category of properties.
5. Click the OK button.
