By default, Visio displays the primary keys at the top of each table, regardless of where you actually created them in your table. If you want to display the key fields in their actual physical order, then:
Open your ER diagram.
Select Options from the Database drop-down menu.
Select Document.
Select the Physical Order option from the Table category of properties.
