MIS 304 covers procedural programming and MIS 325 covers non-procedural programming. They are as different as Russian and French. Neither one is a prerequisite for the other.
Historically, about 30-40% of the MIS 325 students have already taken MIS 304 and about 20-30% are taking it at the same time.
