1. We have read this semester three authors from the Augustan period: Livy, Vergil, and Horace. Describe how each of these authors.... Your essay should have five paragraphs: 1: a brief introduction (2 points), 2-4: 1 paragraph with specific evidence from each of the authors (4 points each), 5: a brief summarizing conclusion (2 points).

1. We have read this semester four authors who describe events and conditions of the Neronian age or later: Suetonius, Tacitus, Petronius, and Juvenal. Choose three (only three) of these authors, and evaluate.... Defend your conclusions with specific examples drawn from each author. Your essay should have five paragraphs: 1: a brief introduction (2 points) 2-4: 1 paragraph with specific evidence from each of the authors (4 points each), 5: a brief summarizing conclusion (2 points).
