Who is in your group today?
What row are you sitting in?
Choose a group member that is comfortable being a guinea pig. Have that person talk about how they prepared for a test. Using your notes from last week, identify characteristics that relate to self-regulation, such as how the learner controls his/her behavior, resources, metacognitive strategies, motivation, and emotion. Remember, it’s not all either/or in terms of supporting or not supporting learning. Individuals can, and often do, utilize a variety of techniques, some of which facilitate learning and some of which don’t.
