| Michael Bloom is a director, writer, and teacher whose productions have been seen at many of the major threatres throughout the U.S. and Japan. He has directed premieres by Ariel Dorfman, Arthur Kopit, David Lodge, Don De Lillo, and Donald Margulies. His book, Thinking Like A Director, published by Farrar, Straus, & Giroux is a practical handbook written from a professional perspective. He is also the head of directing at the University of Texas at Austin. |
