Independent and Distance Learning
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the concepts of cultural (or human) geography. The course is built around five themes: cultural region, cultural diffusion, cultural ecology, cultural integration, and cultural landscape. It deals with spatial patterns of human societies and their interaction with their environment.
