Registration:

Early registration fee on or before April 26, 1999 is $175 per registrant. Regular registration on or after April 27, 1999 will be $195 on space availability. Please complete one conference registration form for each attendee and mail it with a check to the address on the form, or fax the form to Li Eckert at (512) 475-8903 with credit card information included.

Please note:

• Mail registration must be accompanied with payment in full (U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank) by company check or bank cashier check. Make checks payable to ICē Institute, The University of Texas at Austin.
• Pre-Register on or before April 26, 1999. The regular cost of registration received on and after April 27, 1999 will be $195 on space availability.
• Telephone and fax registrations must include a Mastercard or Visa credit card number that will be charged. All registrations will be confirmed by fax, email, or U.S. mail.

Cancellation:

Cancellations received between April 30, 1999 and May 14, 1999 will be charged a $45.00 processing fee. Cancellation refunds will not be available on or after May 15, 1999. Substitutions of participants can be made at any time up to and including the day of the conference.

Waiver of Liability:

The submission of this registration form in consideration of registering to the Economic Development Administration Southwestern Regional Annual Conference: Technology Communities Competing in the New Millennium, holds harmless and discharges The University of Texas at Austin, other co-sponsors, management, staff, and their agents, from any actions, claims, and demands which may arise out of an accident, casualty, or occurrence growing out of participation in this program.
