Volunteer Signup Form

Volunteer registration for the Barbara Jordan Statue Unveiling on April 24, 2009 is now closed.

Individuals who registered to volunteer for either the 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. shifts will be required to attend one of the two upcoming orientation sessions scheduled on Wednesday, April 15th and Thursday, April 16th from 6 – 7 p.m. in the UTC 4.104.

On April 24th, the day of the statue unveiling ceremony, all volunteers will be asked to:
- Wear their volunteer T-shirt provided to them at orientation
- Check-in 15 minutes prior to the start time of their assigned shift.

The volunteer check-in table will be in front of Hogg Memorial Auditorium, located on Whitis Street between 24th Street and the Flawn Academic Center (FAC).
