Fall 2009 Walk-In Hours for SSD

The following days/times are when an SSD coordinator will be available for individual meetings without an appointment during the fall of 2009. As in the past, these meetings are intended to be 15 minutes or less in length and are for students who have a pressing matter or are unable to make an appointment with their regular SSD coordinator.

You are always encouraged to schedule an appointment versus relying solely on walk-in availability. In this way, you will be able to meet with the coordinator most familiar with your situation and have more time available with your coordinator. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (512) 471-6259.

The Fall 2009 walk-in schedule is as follows:

Day of the week Time * SSD coordinator**
Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm Rachel Tarp
Tuesday 9:00am - 4:00pm Christy Shindell
Wednesday 9:00am - 4:00pm Lauren Kinast
Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm Stephani Wolfe
Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm Rotates throughout the semester

* Students who come in before or after the available walk-in times for the day will be encouraged to come back or to schedule an appointment.

** The specific administrator available is subject to change.

Please contact Services for Students with Disabilities via e-mail or at 471-6259 (Video Phone 1-866-329-3986, then (512) 232-2937) if you need to make an appointment or if you would like to learn more about our programs and services.
