How many times can an organization submit a year?
An organization can submit nominations once every month; even if they have already won. However each organization will only be eligible to receive one prize a semester. This is done in order to give all organizations the opportunity to be recognized.

One prize per semester. Once an organization has won, they are automatically entered for the overall award given out at the end of the academic year.

Submissions are due on the last day of every month by midnight.

What is the prize?
