How to Nominate your Student Organization

A Student Government and Volunteer Service Learning Center Partnership

Any registered student organization that completes service is eligible for nomination. Each organization is allowed one nomination a month, any member may submit the nomination, however please remember to include the president/chair's contact information. Multiple nominations in one given month will not increase your chances of winning. Nominations are due the last day of every month by midnight.

While there are no set criteria for what the selection committee is looking for, items such as the type of service project done, the community served, the outcome of the project, etc. will help your organization stand out.

Each organization can apply monthly but is only eligible to win once a semester. However winners will be automatically entered for an overall category at the end of the academic year. The winning organization for the overall category will be chosen based upon the accumulated submission through the year. Therefore apply monthly (even after you have won).
