UT Mail Services offers secure document destruction services. This service shreds confidential documents to a federal standard level 6. The same level used by the Pentagon. It reduces your documents to dust instead of long shreds.
If you have research documents or paperwork with account numbers or student information that you need destroyed please submit a form located here: http://www.utexas.edu/documentsolutions/mail/shredding/. This form will automatically go to Records Management and Mail Services. We will then contact you for delivery of a 65 gallon container. The cost is $35 per container. You will receive a Certificate of Destruction.
