Conference and Meeting Facilities

The MCC Building offers more than 12,000 square feet of conference and meeting space. High-speed Internet access via wireless and analog connections is available in all rooms, as well as extensive audiovisual equipment and services. A full catering menu is offered for break and dining needs. Meeting space includes:

• A 170-seat theatre-style auditorium
• Six breakout areas
• A full-service Business Center
• A covered patio

Conference and meeting facilities of the MCC Building are managed by The Commons Center—a full-service conference and meeting facility on The University of Texas at Austin’s J.J. Pickle Research Campus, 0.5 miles east of the MCC Building. The Commons Center serves the university community, businesses, state agencies, and associations with excellent facilities, including two theatre-style auditoriums, nine conference rooms, an 8,500 square-foot atrium, a 28-unit laptop cart for computer training, and the inviting Commons Café.
