I get a message that my UT EID is locked when I try to log on. What's wrong?

Your UT EID may become locked because it hasn't been used for a while, because there have been too many invalid logon attempts, or for security reasons. If your UT EID is locked, go to the Self-Service Tools and select Find/Reset My Password for assistance.
