When I log on, I get the message "System error, you are not at fault. This error has been reported." What's going on?
Sometimes when you back through your web page history to the UT logon page —either by using the Back button on your browser, using the browser History option, or by using the Go drop down box—the UT logon page may not refresh correctly and you may receive this error message. The error message is automatically reported to the appropriate ITS personnel and will be reviewed.
To move past this error, simply enter your UT EID information again and click "Log In."
