I get a message that my account is locked when I try to log on using two factor authentication. What's wrong?

Your two factor account may become locked because there have been too many invalid logon attempts, or for security reasons.

To unlock your account, please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID to the ID Center or the Service Desk in the Flawn Academic Center (FAC) Lobby.

Note: Due to the security-sensitive nature of two factor authentication, you may only unlock your account in person at these locations. The ID Center and the Service Desk cannot unlock your account over phone or e-mail.
