What if I get a new mobile device?
Note: If your mobile device has been lost or stolen you will need to report your device lost or stolen.
If you get a new mobile device, you will need to first deregister or "unpair" your old mobile device, and then register or "pair" your new mobile device.
Click here to unpair your old mobile device. Note: You will need your old device or Pre-Generated One Time Passwords (POTPs) with you in order to unpair. If you do not have access to your old device, you will need to reset your pairing.
Once you have unpaired your old mobile device, you can remove the pairing information from your mobile device. Go into the Toopher application, long-press the UT Austin entry, and select "Remove Pairing."
Now that your device has been successfully unpaired, click here to pair your new mobile device.
