I'm having trouble using two factor authentication.
If you do not have a mobile device, try using an alternative method of authentication.
If you receive a message that your account is locked, please follow these instructions.
If your mobile device has been lost or stolen, you will need to report your device lost or stolen.
If your smartphone does not have data or Wi-Fi connectivity, you may use the One Time Password (OTP). On the authentication screen in your web browser, click on the Enter OTP button. On your mobile device, open the Toopher app and click on the entry for UT. Select the Generate OTP option. Enter that code into the web site where indicated and click the Submit OTP button.
If you are receiving an error when trying to use a One Time Password (OTP), follow these instructions.
If you are having trouble pairing, authenticating, or unpairing via text message (SMS), please try again. It may require a few attempts, but the SMS functionality should eventually work.
If you are having trouble where you are stuck in a loop and unable to proceed to your intended destination, please log out, restart your web browser, and try again.
