The President’s Achievement Scholars are students recruited by the university that have high academic records at their high school and also have financial need. In our efforts to be the best public research university, The University of Texas at Austin wants to ensure we have the highest caliber students from all areas of Texas. President’s Achievement Scholars receive scholarships for each year they attend UT Austin up to 4 years.
Summer Bridge at The University of Texas at Austin provides incoming freshman with tools and resources to jumpstart their first year on campus. Participants receive a fully funded academic experience that's grounded in community and provides a head start on life as a Longhorn — launching them into freshman year by becoming familiar with college life, campus resources and more.
The University Leadership Network at The University of Texas at Austin is a new program designed to help incoming students develop leadership skills while achieving academic success that is consistent with graduating in four years. In exchange for their participation, students can earn up to $5,000 each year in financial assistance – that's $20,000 over four years!
