Bus Information
The University of Texas at Austin welcomes all schoolchildren to Explore UT. As a special welcome to Texas schoolchildren, the University will reimburse schools in the amount of $25 for each bus bringing children to Explore UT.  This offer is limited to the first 100 buses registered in advance of March 3, 2007.

In order to guarantee parking and receive reimbursement, it is necessary to complete the online School Bus Registration and Parking Form. Electronic registration will help us coordinate arrangements for those traveling to campus by bus. Registrants will receive detailed information by e-mail regarding appropriate bus drop-off and pick-up locations, parking during the event, reimbursements, and group meal options. 

Group Lunches
Help make the dining experience enjoyable for groups of schoolchildren. Please complete the online Explore UT Dining Reservation Form. Electronic registration will aid scheduling and payment. Those registering will receive detailed information by e-mail about their scheduled dining time, menu and payment.
