Eligibility for shopping in the Orange Santa Holiday Store is determined through an application process coordinated by Human Resource Services in cooperation with the Austin Christmas Bureau. Income level is not a determining factor for participation. Eligible members of the UT community are simply required to submit a completed application if they have need of assistance.

To be eligible, an applicant must be a current UT employee or student and be the parent or legal guardian of a child 17 years old or younger.

Applications will be accepted beginning November 2. To be considered, all applications must be received at Human Resource Services no later than November 27, 2007.

Online applications in English or Spanish may be submitted electronically. Applications in English and Spanish are also available for download. Downloaded applications should be completed and submitted by campus mail or fax to:
