STATE OF THE UNIVERSITY ADDRESS
President Faulkner will present his third annual State of the University Address,
an assessment of the University at its 117th anniversary and a report
on ongoing and new initiatives of his administration. As a part of his remarks,
Dr. Faulkner will recognize several faculty award recipients. For

SYMPOSIUM: A NEW GENERATION OF SCHOLARSHIP
Research, scholarship, and creativity are the vehicles that develop faculty
talent and renew their teaching. A panel of recently-tenured faculty will discuss
their own work, how they see their fields developing and changing, and the common
emergent themes among the next generation of faculty researchers and artists.
