An annual record of the UT Remembers program is included in the official university archives housed in the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History on campus. This ensures the name of each person being remembered will always be part of the history of The University of Texas at Austin. Families and friends who would like to add to this archive may do so by sharing a written memory of the person being remembered. The writing can be anything you wish it to be — a message, an observation or a fond recollection. Commemorative "memory sheets" in two PDF formats are available to download from this site. One format allows you to print the template and share your thoughts in a handwritten form. The second format allows you to provide your thoughts using an electronic form that can be saved as an unique PDF file. Blank memory sheets will also be available at UT Remembers activities on campus. Memory sheets may be brought with you to the UT Remembers ceremonies.
