Memory Sheets

An annual record of the UT Remembers program is included in the official university archives housed in the Center for American History on campus. This means the name of each person being remembered will always be part of the history of The University of Texas at Austin. 

Families and friends who would like to add to this archive may do so by sharing a written memory of the person being remembered. The writing can be anything you wish it to be — a message, an observation or a fond recollection. 

Commemorative "memory sheets" are available for download from this site and will also be made available at UT Remembers activities on campus. 

Memory sheets may be brought to the UT Remembers ceremony or sent before or following the program. Memory sheets may be sent to:
