Dr. Marilyn Armour is a University Distinguished Teaching Professor, and Director of the Institute for Restorative Justice and Restorative Dialogue at the School of Social Work. Her research focuses on the effectiveness of restorative justice interventions in schools, the prison system, for violent crime, domestic violence, and community restoration. Dr. Armour is the Director of Defense-Initiated Victim Outreach (DIVO), a statewide program that provides a bridge between victim-survivors and defense teams, especially in capital cases.
