Facilities Services strives daily to create an exceptional physical environment that supports the university's goal of transforming lives for the benefit of society. To create this exceptional environment, we provide building maintenance, custodial services, landscaping services, lock and key services, equipment repair, preventative maintenance, automotive fleet maintenance, furniture repair, solid waste pick up and recycling, surplus property disposal and moving services to the university.

We are responsible for about 19 million gross square feet of building space at the university, and serve the 427-acre main campus, 476-acre J.J. Pickle Research Campus, 445-acre Brackenridge Tract, 96-acre Montopolis Research Center, and several other specialized sites.
