Service Request

Maintenance and Minor Repair Service Requests:
You may request service online at any time through WORQS for services such as replacing a light bulb, adjusting the temperature in a room or repairing a broken plumbing fixture. Simply log in to WORQS (EID required) and submit a new work request. You may check the status of your work requests on WORQS by reading the "Requestor Profile" page.
All Other Service Requests:
You may submit a SR10 form to get a cost estimate or request services such as room set up, decorative plant rental, or event support. Download a SR10 and fax the completed form to 512-471-8788. One week after you submit the form, you may check the status of your service request online by logging in to WORQS and reading the "Requestor Profile" page.

If it is between 5 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. or the weekend and you have a service request that cannot wait until the next day, do one of the following:
