How to request pest control services
Indoors:
Request pest control services onile through WORQS, or call us at 512-471-5072, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Outdoors:
For concerns about wildlife on campus other than pests contact Environmental Health and Safety at 512-471-2287.
Our Custodial Services division provides preventative pest control services and maintenance inside university facilities. Staff members are fully trained in dealing with many insect pests such as roaches, spiders, silverfish, scorpions, ants, flies, fleas, crickets, and termites, as well as small animals such as rats, mice, squirrels and birds. Landscape Services removes dead animals found outdoors.
What to do if you find a dead pest or other dead animal:
If you find a dead pest or other dead animal outside (other than bats), contact Landscape Services:

If you find a dead pest or other dead animal indoors (other than bats), contact Custodial Services:
512-471-5072.

Call Environmental Health and Safety's 24-hour bat hotline at 512-471-2287.
