What Our Customers Say
This suite office has been cold for a long time. It was dispensing cold air. The technician took his time and fixed the problem. He also visited us the next day to make sure system was working. This is the type of service that makes UT a great place to work. Thanks for all your hard work. -- George I. Sanchez Building Customer
Charles Bonner and James Herrera came to deal with the blizzard of sooty bits blowing out of the vents over my desk. They told me that this would happen whenever the ventilation went from cooling to heating, but that they'd try to add some filtering material to the vent to stop it from drifting down onto me. It seemed to work--no more soot! The guys were very polite and helpful--they even cleaned all of the soot that had accumulated from the evening before off of my desk! Thanks! -- Perry-Casteñeda Library Customer
Actually Denzel was here and working on the door prior to receiving the work order. hahaha that's how fast he is! -- Performing Arts Center Building Customer
John and Lamont from Zone 2 are patient, friendly, and thorough. Zone 2 rules! -- F. Loren Winship Drama Building Customer
An employee from Zone 3, darn it I forgot his name :-(. He was able to quickly put the knob back on my window unit - which had fallen behind my desk wall and I could not get to. So, now I can open and close my blinds without having to use a pair of pliers! Thank you! Quick and helpful. You are doing a great job. Thank you for your quick and efficient help. -- Facilities Complex 1 Building Customer
