Exhibitor Move In/Out and Shipping Info
Business Partner Fair exhibitor setup is 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27 and 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28 at the Frank Erwin Center, 1701 Red River, Austin, TX 78701. Move out is scheduled from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 28. For shipping information, click here.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Choosing a sponsorship opportunity gives your company clear focus and attention at TAPPA 2008 and earns a sponsorship designation for your company. Combining booth purchase price and additional sponsorship contributions advances your company to higher sponsorship levels and increases conference exposure. In addition to exceptional exposure throughout the event, TAPPA’s website provides online exposure for each level described below.
Platinum ($3,500 +) Business Partners receive a general business link to website, listing in directory, rotating banner ad exposure and search engine capability on TAPPA website, banner ad exposure in the “officers” and the “members only” areas of the website, ad exposure in publications (flyers, newsletters, etc.), search engine exposure and opportunity to participate in company sponsored door prize give-away throughout conference
Gold ($3,000 - $3,499) Business Partners receive a general business link to website, listing in directory, rotating banner ad exposure and search engine capability on TAPPA website, banner ad exposure in the “officers” and the “members only” areas of the website, search engine exposure and opportunity to participate in company sponsored door prize give-away throughout conference
Silver ($2,000 - $2,999) Business Partners receive a general business link to website, listing in directory, rotating banner ad exposure and search engine capability on TAPPA website, embedded banner ad exposure on the website and search engine exposure
Bronze ($500 - $1,999) Business Partners receive a general business link to website, listing in directory, rotating banner ad exposure and search engine capability on TAPPA website
