D 2479 Report of the Committee to Nominate Faculty Members for Appointment to the University Co-op Board of Directors (D 2479). Posted on the Faculty Council Web site on March 4, 2003. Approved by the Faculty Council on March 17, 2003. Transmitted to the president on March 18, 2003. The president appointed Professor Isabella Cunningham to the University Co-op Board of Directors (2003-2007) to fill the position that will open when the term of Professor Diana Dinitto expires.

D 2532-2533 Report of the Committee to Nominate Faculty Council Members for Appointment to the Intercollegiate Athletics Councils for Men and for Women. Posted on the Faculty Council Web site on May 1, 2003. Approved by the Faculty Council on May 5, 2003. Transmitted to the president on May 13, 2003. On June 2, 2003, the president appointed Dr. Archie L. Holmes to serve on the Men's Intercollegiate Athletics Council and on August 12, 2003, Dr. David P. Morton to serve on the Women's Intercollegiate Athletics Council. Both are four-year appointments beginning September 1, 2003, expiring on August 31, 2007.

D 2520-2521 Report of the Committee to Nominate Faculty Council Officers for 2003-2004. Posted on the Faculty Council Web site on April 30, 2003. At its meeting on May 5, 2003, the Faculty Council elected the following officers to serve on the Faculty Council Executive Committee for 2003-2004: Linda Reichl, chair elect, professor, physics; Faculty Advisory Committee on Budgets: Kenneth Flamm, professor, LBJ School; Educational Policy Committee: Archie L. Holmes, associate professor, electrical and computer engineering, and Paul B. Woodruff, professor, philosophy; Faculty Welfare Committee: Sue A. Greninger, professor, human ecology. Also serving on the 2003-2004 executive committee are Peter F. Green (chemical engineering), incoming chair of the Graduate Assembly; and continuing members Marvin L, Hackert (chemistry and biochemistry), who will chair the Council in 2003-2004, Michael H. Granof (accounting), who is this year's chair, and the secretary.
