Recommendations of the Implementation Committee on the Status of Non-Tenure-Track Faculty, based on the 2002 Final Report of the President's ad hoc Committee on Non-Tenure-Track Teaching Faculty. Posted on the Faculty Council Web site on December 9, 2005. Presented to the Council for discussion on December 12, 2005. No action was required by the Faculty Council. In a letter dated January 26, 2006, President Faulkner asked the provost to implement the final recommendations of the committee. The item was removed from the February 20, 2006, Secretary's Report. However, the secretary added it back to the report in September 2006 after hearing that the legislation is pending approval by the Board of Regents. Also see D 2488-2493.
