D 6174-6183 Faculty Grievance Committee Proposal to Revise the Handbook of Operating Procedures 4.03, Teaching Assistant and Assistant Instructor Grievance Procedures. Presented to the Faculty Council at its meeting on April 14, 2008. To be acted on by the Council at its meeting on May 5, 2008.

D 6229-6231 Addition of a Required Skills-Related Course to the Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in the Law School Catalog, 2008-2010. Posted on the Faculty Council web site on a no-protest basis on April 28, 2008. If no objection is filed with the Office of the General Faculty by noon on May 2, 2008, the legislation will be held to have been approved by the Faculty Council. If an objection is filed within the prescribed period, the legislation will be presented to the Faculty Council at its next meeting. The objection, with reasons, must be signed by a member of the Faculty Council.
